Educator, Consultant, Speaker, Trainer, Caterer

“Teaching is the noblest of all professions. It requires an adequate preparation and training, patience, devotion, and a deep sense of responsibility. Those who mold the human mind have wrought not for time but for eternity.”              — Calvin Coolidge

When I was a little girl, I thoroughly enjoyed creative play.  Playing school, pretend cooking, and  writing poetry was how I spent much of my time.  When people asked me what I wanted to be when I grew up, my answers ran the gamut.  My mind and plans change as new things inspired new pursuits.

A retired principal now, I am able to focus on new adventures.  I get great fulfillment from learning new things, helping others, spending time with my family, and cooking.  My passion for learning continues and will forever be a part of who I am.  At my core, I am a teacher, a giver, and a learner.

PatriceBrownSpeaks, initially designed for educational consulting, now reflects other areas of my work which focuses on enriching the lives of others. The difference for me now is that “work” is connected to my vision, my talents, and my interests.  From the kitchen to the conference room, I use humor, stories. love, passion, and practical strategies to make others’ lives better.
